This Used to be America, "But it Ain't No More!"

I cannot post my opinion of Officer Cheeks, or his name, without breaking my own rules about vulgar language and condoning un-nice things, so forgive my lack of commentary. When I have recovered from the content of this video, I shall give my commentary.

Oh My Gosh...
I would of been arrested.

Uhm...I have to agree with your lack of commentary and act the same way....

Just do what I've done, learn Gaelic.

I'm AMAZED that the officer actually said "It ain't no more", but he probably wouldn't have it any other way.

Thank you for the comments, gentlemen!

Bryan, I think I would have been arrested as well, but probably not just for the sign.

Doctor, silence sometimes speaks louder than words. (Is that a wyvern, BTW?)

Mike, Gaelic would work, yes, but the diphthongs make me crazy. "Bh" shouldn't say "v".

Anyway, I can speak some Mexican, but I won't use it in the post... Mexican is spoken by too many people. Don't want to use impolite language, anyway.

Hasta luego, mi hermanos.

Son3

That officer needs to take a logic class. It would help him to communicate with true Americans.

Dylan John Callahan said...

Yes, but I thought that was something inherent in all Americans - common sense.

Power corrupts.

Rebecca said...

Yep. That one comment of his really doesn't make sense! If you take his side, then you could say "If you don't take that down, I'll charge you with murder!"
"If you don't take that down, I'll charge you with shoplifting!"

I'd tell him to arrest me, and I would demand a trial by jury of my peers.

Long Live the Republic.

Thanks for the blog gift, Mom!

Obama has a face. Can we ban him from public?

WildWeazel said...

Er, I guess he said "picture" not "face". That makes my previous comment not funny and probably nonsensical.

...

I got nothing.

Yikes.

No reaction here. :)
