Knucklehead Recognition Award: Hugo Chavez

Hugo Chavez, in recognition of showing yourself for what you are, that being a Socialist, idiotic, dehumanizing, tyrannical, politically challenged quasi-statesman, I now pronounce you "Knucklehead".
