Is Obama a Foreigner?

According to one attorney he is!

Philip J. Berg, Esq., is appealing his case to the U.S. Supreme Court that the President Elect, Barack Hussein Obama, is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.

Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution states: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been Fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Berg claims to have evidence/testimony from Obama's paternal grandmother that Obama was, in fact, born in Kenya. Obama's campaign mangers have denied this accusation by saying that he was born in Hawaii, and by producing a copy of his birth certificate online.

But, since only copies of it have been submitted to the public, Berg claims this is further proof that Obama is concealing his actual Kenyan birth certificate, thus disqualifying him from assuming the Presidency.

Berg also says that if, according to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Obama does not object to the charges or provide a written answer, he has legally admitted the charge against him.

(It may be noted that copies of one's birth certificate are not legally admissible documents.)

Only time and evidence will tell the validity and sincerity of these accusations, so we can only watch and wait.

I would not put it past Obama to lie. Do you think he was born it the US? I am not sure.

Thanks for the comment!

Well, I can only guess, and my guess is... I don't know! :))

If I HAD to guess, I would say he wasn't born in the U.S., but I just can't tell.

Like I said, we can only watch and wait.
