The Individual vs. The Collective

A man is not saved from eternal death by the will of the collective, only by the blood of Jesus and his own personal acceptance thereof.

A man is not fed or clothed by the work of the collective, but by the sweat of his own brow.

Neither does a man give of the fruit of his labor to another via the collective, rather of his own free will and determination.

A man does not rest from his work by decision of the collective, but of his own choosing.

A man does not owe the collective anything; there is nothing to "give back".

A man is held responsible not for the deeds or misdeeds of the collective, but according to his own merit.

No man belongs to the collective, each is his own person.

"Society's needs come before the individual's needs."

~Adolf Hitler

"Individual liberty is individual power, and as the power of a community is a mass compounded of individual powers, the nation which enjoys the most freedom must necessarily be in proportion to its numbers the most powerful nation."

~John Quincy Adams
