For the first time in the history of the United States, the federal government has given itself the power to authorize the arrest and indefinite detention of any American citizen. Not only can an American citizen be arrested and imprisoned, but this may be done without charge and without trial. No reasonable cause is necessary, and no check on this authority is granted. This power was granted via legislation: the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, specifically in sections 1021 and 1022. These sections were controversial from their inception, and attempts were made to amend them to exclude American citizens from their jurisdiction, but these amendments failed. This was a bipartisan bill; neither party may be excused, as tyranny transcends parties. Obama used a signing statement to promise he will never use these provisions on an American citizen. How much do you trust Obama? How much do you trust his successor? And how much do you trust your own representatives who granted this power? U.S. representatives Tim Huelskamp, Lynn Jenkins, Kevin Yoder, and Mike Pompeo voted for the bill. U.S. senators Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran voted for the bill. The media has been silent.

The right to a speedy trial by jury is our most ancient and basic right. It protects us from being accused of a crime we did not commit, and checks the power of both the judicial and the executive. For us to give up our rights in the name of security allows the terrorists to achieve their goal of destroying our ideals. To give unchecked power to the Obama administration, or any administration, is irresponsible at best, treasonous at worst. Will we tolerate their treason, or will we remind them that Kansans retain the primal spirit of resistance to injustice?

I had a relatively short conversation with a relatively new coworker the other day. He and I had some mutual friends and acquaintances, though we hadn't yet spoken at length about anything other than complaining about the management. He was curious about the extruding machine's inner-workings, so I explained a little about how we make the product which he prepares for shipping. I think it is the fact that I, at least to some, look to be between twelve and 18 years old which prompted him to ask the following question:

"How old are you, man?"

"I'm twenty."

"Did you go to EHS?"

"No, I didn't 'go to high school.'"

"Really?"

"Yeah, I was homeschooled until I was 18; my entire education was at home."

"Wow."

"And I didn't do homework in bed. I've heard all the jokes, so don't even try," I said, laughingly.

"Huh? Oh, yeah, right-right-right... ha ha..."

"Yeah, and both my parents worked, so..." (Barely stifiling a smile.)

"Both your parents worked? Man, what did you do all day?!?"

"No, it was a joke! My mom always stayed at home," I quickly blurted out as I laughed.

He was amused. And a little overwhelmed, I think.

Natural Government

The fact is not so much that man was meant to be free as it is that he wasn't meant to be "ruled" by other men. Man's natural state is to answer solely to God and mutually respect all other men and their property; they, too, answer to only God. Any other arrangement, whether extenuating circumstances require it or not, is unnatural.

Any governing body should therefore have as its only goal the protection of the natural rights of the individual man; as a governing body is, by definition, officiated by men, the supreme law should never usurp the authority of the ultimate Source of humanity's knowledge and wisdom, the Bible; its acceptance must be universally and freely offered by all those which it shall govern.

Without this goal, without this Source, and without this respect and recognition, no government can possibly be just, fair, or free.

Government cannot deviate from its goal to encompass anything further than codified protection of life, liberty and property any more than a trash collection service may expand to areas beyond refuse disposal, such as cosmetics or fish-farming, as it would then cease to be a trash collector. Government can no more override Biblical authority than your neighbor can tell you what groceries you may buy. Government may no more assert itself sans republican principles than a bank may decide whose money they may withhold and how much.

There is a place for everything, and everything should be in its place. This is the natural order of things; anything to the contrary is disorder.

The Blog that Time Forgot

I am so sorry to do these abstract, nostalgic, "fourth wall-destroying" posts about my blog and my absence, but I must say... I feel like I just awoke from a coma.

I flitted around my drafts (might have to finish them ALL), I perused my old posts, I revisited old comments, and I realized I had no idea how long and hard I blogged! The timeline of when I started, when I stopped, and what I did in-between is so blurry... I got lost.

Time to kick it back in gear.

Okay, settle down, Dylan. Get thyself back into the swing of things. Thy readers wait without. Writeth a magnum oputh.

GOP, Meet RON

Mitt Romney is our only clear choice for President. As Republicans, Santorums and Gingrichs come and go, but Romney is always there. Others roller-coaster their way through the polls, through the primaries, but Romney keeps on the straight and narrow path to the White House. So, we should all just vote for him.

"But what about Ron P..." *interrupts* That's enough of that kinda talk, stranger. Ron Paul's a kook. Don't bother me with facts or figures. None of that there common sense. Don't tell me we can't afford the wars. Don't tell me we can't print more money, because we can always print more, because that's what "more" means! Just let me have another drink of that propaganda-spiked kool-aid...

The preceding is what I get from every mainline Republican statist about the election. It's on all the media, it's flowing from the mouths of the pundits. It's everywhere. You can't get a word in about Ron Paul without him being dismissed as crazy. You may occasionally find the sympathetic Republican who will be so kind as to concede that Dr. Paul is spot-on about absolutely everything - except his darned foreign policy. "Oh, bother! We can't stop funding foreign dictators! What would that do to our national security?!?" Please.

My commentary, at least for this post, shall only be as follows: Ron Paul is black coffee on a Monday morning to a very hungover GOP. Another drink would help the headache, but that's not going to fix the problem.

Now that my blog has come out of retirement, expect more on this and other subjects.

How to Invade Your Neighboring Country in 12 Steps

Items you'll need:

Troops (3 - 30 soldiers), weapons optional
Your own country's flag
Wi-Fi capable device
GPS device
CD player
CD with at least one track of triumphant music
Cellphone

Instructions:

Begin marching troops towards border of the country you wish to invade.
Use Wi-Fi capable device to access the internet.
Use your favourite search engine mapping service to locate an area within the border of target country which has flagpole with that country's flag flying on it.
Commence actual invasion into that area.
Once you have located flagpole, lower flag using soldiers. For added effect, you may have them grumble with disgust at the inferior design and representation of the lowered flag.
Place your own country's flag where inferior flag was previously, and raise to the top. Again, for added effect, you may have soldiers cheer the superiority of your flag as it is raised.
Turn on CD player.
Insert CD with triumphant music.
Have soldiers sing and dance. (If you have weapons, it is not recommended that you fire them into the air, contrary to popular misapplication of firearms during times of military triumph.)
While soldiers are still triumphing, use cellphone to call your government to inform them of the invasion and to invite them to the celebration. At this time, you will be informed that you weren't supposed to invade the target country.
Look at Wi-Fi device, compare to GPS device, and declare the search engine previously used to locate area unreliable.
Replace target country's inferior flag on flagpole and return to country of origin.

Stewart Meets with Treasury Secretary

This past April, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner paid a visit to comedian Jon Stewart to discuss the economy.

Um... why?

“Jon Stewart is influential in America, so we took the opportunity for the two to meet and to discuss the economy,” is the response given by the Treasury spokesman.

Uhh... what? Because a comedian is influential (a sign of the times in and of itself), the treasury secretary goes to discuss the economy with him. I would say Glenn Beck, Ronald McDonald, or Justin Bieber have as much influence as Stewart does, why choose the liberal comedian? Is there some benefit to one or the other?

I'd like to see the minutes of that meeting.

Kansas is Free

Guns, Privacy, and Probable Clause

In a news report covering the single incident that is prompting Culver's, a restaurant chain, to look into their firearms policies, an underemphasized detail was revealed that left me wondering just how routine trampling civil rights is.

The story is that several members of an organization of Wisconsinites who advocate the open carrying of firearms, Wisconsin Carry, went out for dinner at Culver's in Madison while using their Constitutional rights to bear arms. One ignorant but well-meaning woman called the police.

Once they arrived, the first thing the officers did was demand identification from the group, on threat of citation; all but two consented to the unlawful orders.

"Two of the individuals would not produce identification, saying they didn't need to because they're law-abiding citizens," said [Police spokesman] DeSpain. The officers said, 'That's probably the case but we'd like to check it out.'"

Oh, you'd like to check it out?

Very well... check it:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." ~Fourth Amendment to the Constitution

Ergo, with the arrest of a presumably innocent person, which has been already defined by the Supreme Court as seizure, for not producing papers on command, especially considering the fact that the officers themselves admit they thought it probable that the men were not in violation of any laws, the police were usurping their authority as law enforcement officers. Why they have not been relieved of their handcuffs for frivolous and false arrest, I don't know. There were no warrants for their papers, there were no warrants for their arrest, and police admit there was no suspicion of crime.

Not only that, but the police should have ignored the call, as it was, by its very nature, a non-emergency call, which was placed due to the ignorance of law by a bystander, something that the 911 operator should have made clear. It is absolutely legal to openly carry a firearm, though some unlawful legislation prohibits it in some cities. I used to be supportive of concealed carry permits, as I thought, erroneously, concealed carry was not covered by the Second Amendment, as concealing is the opposite of bearing. But the nature of the Second Amendment, as a good friend and I discussed (and I subsequently recanted my opinion on CCP's), is not to establish our right to keep and bear arms, but to restrict the government's encroachment thereof. Therefore, it is not given to the government to regulate the purchase, ownership, transference, or carrying of firearms, open or concealed.

So, the police had it wrong on two counts, in what turned out to be a relatively high-profile incident, but how many times a day does this occur? Why are our police so uneducated on the law? Why are our citizens so afraid of guns in the hands of fellow citizens, when police are just as susceptible to error and poor judgment as the Average Joe? I can tell you, it has been by design that slaves are trained to shriek at the sight of another slave being armed.

It is our right, it is our duty, and it is our essence as freeborn Americans to protect and defend our inheritance of rights like men, standing erect, stalwartly and with uncompromising resolve, with all sincerity and sobriety.

Son III Goes to College... and Walks Out

On the fifteenth, I saw an advertisement in the Shopper for an event on the seventeenth at Emporia State University, "U.S. Constitution: Dead or Alive?"

Of course, I had to go. Especially since it was held on Constitution Day, I thought, at worst, they'd explain both sides of the two, main Constitutional interpretations; one is that it is a "living, breathing document" that changes at the whim of government; the other is "original intent", or "dead and stale", forever cursed to be interpreted with the meaning and intent given it two centuries ago... well, at least that's how the Living-Breathers explain the "original intent" interpretation.

I'm a Dead'n'Stale man, myself. I'll explain why in a moment.

It took forever to find where the event was being held, but my dad and I made it to the on-campus building and found that the crowd was mostly comprised of actual ESU students and elderly. I wondered why there wasn't a wider demographic, especially considering the sponsors of the event, the Emporia League of Women Voters, made it more than clear in their opening statements that their goal is to enhance diversity in civic life, especially in elections, by educating the public.

After a dry and microphoneless ten minutes of introduction (a note to public speakers everywhere: get set-up before event begins), the main speaker, a former Kansas Bar president and current Wichita Bar president, A. Jack Focht, stood and began an eloquent oration on politics. He even quoted from America, the Beautiful, which, itself, deserved an applause. Well, his speech remained eloquent and patriotic until he got to minute-marker 12, or thereabouts:

"But, these days, there are a lot of angry people, and there we have the teabagger vote..."

The word "teabagger" echoed in my head and Dad and I glanced at each other with knowing looks. The attorney went on to explain that Tea Parties are comprised of angry people who never read the Constitution, and that Kansans for Life, a Pro-Life organization, will undoubtedly, with malice aforethought, pass out voter guides advising people to vote out incumbent judges at churches and parking-lots. *Gasp!* And Kansans for Life should not do so, as that will cause judges to rule according to public opinion instead of the law, for fear of the vote.

After that, I was left wondering how someone so old and knowledgeable could say something like that. The man is the former president of the Kansas Bar Association, and is the current president of the Wichita Bar Association, so if a judge is afraid of someone's opinion, it should be his, as he is the representative of a judge's peers.

Mr. Frocht told of how he talked to Tea Party friend of his, who, in the course of a conversation, said he is angry and that we should restore the Constitution, but then ol' A. Jack explained that this friend probably never even read the Constitution and neither have most of the Tea Partiers.

Minutes dragged on as the speaker slammed original intent interpretations of the Constitution. For instance, the internet is something that Founders couldn't imagine, so how can we apply it to upcoming legislation that will regulate the internet? Frocht's answer is that we can't, so just ignore the Constitution, and get on with life! And if you don't like something in the Constitution, don't try to amend it like the law says to do; just have a judge rule on it the way he sees fit, because it's just too darn hard to amend!

And oh! how he hates the term activist judge, because that just means you disagree with the judge's decision. (That got an approving laugh from the crowd.) And abortion falls under privacy and individual liberty, he explained. Also, the Constitution's interpretations can and should evolve with society.

It was like a Constitution and Conservative roast, throwing in every insult and lie that came to mind. Needless to say, I'd had enough. We stood up to leave, and as we walked towards the door, footsteps echoing on the hardwood floors, one of the women speakers glared at me, eyebrows knitted, as if to say, " I know who you are, and you're a terrorist."

I didn't say a word as I left, but if I had, it would have been this:

Ladies and gentlemen, do you know why I'm leaving? Because my country's Constitution is being shredded before my American eyes, and I don't like it. More than that, I'm going to do something about it. I'm going to host my own event on the Constitution, where only freedom and rule of law are espoused. I'm going to tell my listeners what Thomas Jefferson said about that 'living, breathing document, that is ever changing', as you call it:

'On every question of construction [of the Constitution] let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or intended against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.'

And people, that was what Jefferson said to a judge. No interpretation besides that which the framers explained to us, and that extends to every area of the law! Yet this cheeky fellow thinks he can stand here and destroy the Constitution and original intent, mocking and maligning patriotism? No! I'll not listen one more second!

John Adams said we are a nation of laws and not of men, but how can that be without a solid and resolved Constitution? Of what use is a Constitution if its supremacy is dictated by the inclinations of government or society?

Patriots are rising up all over America, and you can call them teabaggers, racists, or whatever lying, conniving thing you can think of to discredit them, but you will be the only one discredited in the end! Why? Because Americans are angry! We're mad! What's more, we're as mad as Hell, and we're not going to take this anymore! We're tired of your garbage!

Book Burning and That Little Issue of Freedom

The President has commented on the matter that the stunt is, as he put it, "... completely contrary to our values as Americans," noting that this country was built on religious freedom and tolerance, and that the stunt would endanger our troops in Afghanistan.

As you saw in the video above, General Petraeus said the mission in Afghanistan would be made more difficult due to anger among the Afghans at images of the Koran burning, causing, possibly, a violent response.

And here I was thinking the mission in Afghanistan was to protect our freedoms. That's what we've been told, anyway. So, how is it that we have a military presence in Afghanistan for the purpose of defending freedom, and when that freedom is used it makes Afghans angry, so we then must put a stop to the use of that freedom? It doesn't make sense! Our troops are there for the specific purpose of defending that pastor's right to burn the Koran, and we tell him not to? Our President says it is contrary to our values to use our freedoms?

Some have said it is a pointless stunt. Why? Because you think it is pointless? Then protest it. You're free to do so, just as the Afghans are; and if the Afghans don't want the military of a free nation in their enslaved country, then we should either get out or start shooting them. And, frankly, Afghans have the right to be an enslaved, backward, hateful culture if they want to be, so I favor pulling out, and I would never support killing people for religious differences.

So, what is our mission in Afghanistan? Forcing them to accept freedom they don't want at the expense of our soldiers' lives, or protecting our own freedoms until the cavemen complain, and then acquiesce to their whining?

The Floridian pastor has been pressured to the point that he has canceled the burning, a victory for Muslims abroad, a defeat for the sovereignty of our freedom.

What would our dead troops say, having supposedly died for that pastor's rights, if they knew the Muslims that killed them got their way, not by defeating our military, but because the skulking, putrid, degenerate people in their own, American government were slime enough to let them have their way.

Shame on all political and media voices who spoke only in condemnation and contempt of the Floridian pastor.

Where Art Thou, Wayward Son III?

Oh, my peeps. I know I have been nigh unto a dead link on your dashboard's "Blogs I'm Following" list, but I have not been idling my hours, I assure you.

Facebook has finally caught up with this anti-trendite. (Not a word, I know, but that's the sort of power Facebookers wield.)

Not only that, but I have a job, and I volunteer with a political organization, so, needless to say, my blog is in disrepair. Plus, my background depresses me; I regret that I changed it from my clean, white slate to this loud, obnoxious background which looks like it was copied from a fireworks ad.

Soon, my friends, I will be back in business, and we can get to the OH, SO MANY ISSUES that have arisen since I last posted.

My Line in the Sand: The Border

When it comes to drawing lines in the sand, that is, where I will not back-up another inch, nor allow the line to be crossed, I have been lax. We all have. But, this border issue has really gotten to me, and I declare, unquestionably, where my line in the sand is to be on the border.

There have been lawsuits filed against Arizona by private citizens of the U.S. Fine, that's their right.* But, there has been chatter of a lawsuit by the federal government against Arizona, and a lawsuit by the Mexican government. Should that happen, violating the 11th Amendment to the Constitution, I will consider the U.S. federal government to be totally, completely, and in all ways illegitimate. I say again, illegitimate.

What recourse is left to a citizen of a country whose government is illegitimate? What sort of response does a man give to a false government? What is the precedent?

*Post Script: I don't know what I was thinking... it is not the right of the people of a state to file lawsuit against another state, as stated in the 11th Amendment, "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State."

Killing Crackers, Eh?

A man who stood in front of a polling station in military dress with a baton, threatening passersby, has been found to have said he wants to kill all white-skinned people and their babies, calling them by the racial term "crackers". The man is a member of the New Black Panther Party, who recently informed their political (and, apparently, racial) enemy, Glenn Beck, that the Party will be going to oppose Beck's rally at the Lincoln Memorial on August 28th, and that they will be, "... ready to rumble."

And there is no outcry from network news, talking heads, police, Homeland Security, President Soetoro, Nancy Pelosi, Michael Moore, or the ADL, because...?

Where Are Our Men at the Border?

What will follow is harsh, and I intend it to be.

We Americans are shameful cowards and unfit to claim the title of a free and virtuous society. We are unfit to call this the "land of the free and the home of the brave"; that was the title of a people who earned and defended it. The American of that era is a species of humankind that is hunted and destroyed by those who see Liberty and Freedom as an obstacle in the way of their many agendas.

This nation has upheld its independence and sovereignty without question for generation after generation, defending itself, at times, at its very borders from the foreign invader; but now we have morphed into this most miserable, spineless, effeminate excuse for a people, and I speak specifically here of our men, and especially of our Christian men. Churches, when this nation declared itself to be, were the mainstay of our culture, and rightfully so; it is because of this that we became such a peculiarly successful country, rising above and beyond the limits set by pagan Rome and humanist Greece. Churches were also a kind of basic organizing and recruitment centers for the militias during the American Revolution, as the churches were the place of the common man, not the place for a man to make his fortune teaching of self-righteousness and an all-forgiving-ergo-all-overlooking 'god'.

In that day, Christian men knew their duty to defend their homes and families. One may say that it is not the place of Christians to be in politics, but, this argument of today's Christian Americans is the direct result of years of indoctrination that we are the mere 'little people', that the citizen is a spectator in the sport of politics, a direct contradiction of the original intent of the founders of this country to have a government run by the people, like an employee-owned business. American politics have been morphed into a complex and confusing pastime for scholars and the wealthy, as have taxes. But politics is a not 'spectator sport'. American Christians are not beholden to the Roman Curia, which was exclusively elitist, because the people are the 'higher power' (as the Apostle Paul put it) in American government, second only to the Constitution in supremacy. The 'officials' of government are beholden to the Constitution, then us.

But, politics are a digression from the overarching issue of this post, and that is that our national border is now being opened and criminals welcomed to this country by our President. Our President! You've heard the clip of Sen. Kyl saying President Soetoro admitted that he is 'holding the border hostage' as a bargaining chip in his amnesty program. Is that not aiding and abetting felons? Is that not treason? Arizonan parks are being closed and signs put up warning Americans to stay out due to ruthless foreigners, armed insurgents! And where is our Department of Homeland Security? Where are our troops, overseas fighting insurgents in other countries? We have been abandoned! You saw our congress applauding the Mexican president as he told us to infringe on the people's freedom of defense, and those who didn't applaud also didn't shout, "Shame!" at the outrage. We are by ourselves, my friends.

What, then? Have we not seen the reports of men already heading for the border, armed and ready to fight to defend the integrity of our borders? (Indeed, I saw Bill O'Reilly denounce them.) We should not only applaud them, but join them - Americans, united for the defense of our homes, going to fight for our country! Are we weaker than the Mexican drug cartels? Not by a long shot.

I plead with my fellow Americans to consider going to the border. How many are already there? We cannot know from watching the mainstream news. It is asking much to drop everything at home, leaving work to fight the foreign invaders, but did we not inherit the freedom of patriots who dropped their plowshares and shovels to take on their enemies? This is a legitimate cause for action, men. I have not yet decided what to do, myself, so I ask that a dialogue, at least a discussion of this be taken up among us.

Who must tell us to fight back before we do it? Who must play the part of Paul Revere? Does the war with Mexican drug cartels have to be in our own yards before we'll defend the border? Does the Sheriff of Pinal County have to stop begging our President and beg us to help him before we do?

Soccer games will not solve this, elections will not solve this, and our inaction will only exacerbate it. Shame on us for letting it get this far, all the more shame if we let it progress.

Calderón's Address to Congress: Mockery of the People's House

While it is not without nearly equal mockeries by our own supposed representatives, specifically those mockeries committed by President Soetoro, Governor Rick Perry, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Senator Ted Kennedy, the recent presence of Mexican President Calderón in our House of Representatives clearly shows that our Congress should update their self-set rules to disallow foreigners and their officials from taking our legislative floors and wasting our elected representatives' time, at least without immediate, personal supervision by the President. Though, that didn't seem to bother Pelosi, who was all aglow just to be in the vicinity of such a 'progressive' leader.

Indeed, President Soetoro was, as he said, "... extraordinarily honored as we host you."

And oh, how our Congress cheered the man... nay, not man, for he is more than a man, he is a Mexican in America, the most celebrated form of human life! They cheered him most when he rebuked the foolish assertion of Arizona's sovereignty, for what is a state but a mere agent of the President, a servant of the collective will?

How they applauded his stalwart response to the Second Amendment to our Constitution, in demanding ("...with all due respect...") for the return of the Assault Weapons Ban!

Of course, an "assault weapon" is little more than a gun that can fire twice without reloading the magazine, so banning them would be like destroying the firearms business, which would not only harm the economy and jobs, but it would also eliminate our right to keep and bear arms, which does not exist in Mexico, which is why Mexico is run by people who keep and bear arms as well as drugs, who are also assisted by the corrupt Mexican government, which is run by Calderón, but let's not let that get in the way of Congress's love and admiration of our bondsman, because we are not defined by our national borders, we are defined by the the bonds of North America - Canada to our north and Mexico to our south, our mutual bondsmen:

I think every self-respecting American representative present at that speech by the President of Mexico should have shouted, "Shame!" at the disgusting display of disrespect to our national sovereignty and American integrity. The Mexican President wore a Mexican flag pin on his lapel, which would be, as far as I know, the only time a flag other than an American flag was displayed in our legislature; and I hope there is no precedent of a foreign symbol being seen in the People's House, be it the symbol of ally or enemy; nor should there be any foreign dignitary other than one Presidentially escorted into the building and constantly supervised until his departure.

What a disgrace to our sovereignty, a shame to those who applauded it, and another unheeded alarm to the American people.

Rand Paul's Non-Racism

In a move that we should all have seen coming, the Left has created a major controversy from thin air to try to sink Rand Paul's image. In what I see as an attempt to get Conservatives to denounce the libertarian Paul, as opposed to the usual paradigmatic strategy of party-line division, they have falsified, misrepresented, and literally lied not only about what Rand Paul meant but also about what he actually said.

The headline on Wolf Blitzer's CNN interview with Paul stated, "Rand Paul Defends Views on Race," subtitled, "Would he have voted for 1964 Civil Rights Act?"

There is no 'dirt' on Paul; there are no closet-dwelling skeletons, no alcohol-induced scandals, and no birth certificate/college record debate. So, the logical thing to do, as a radical, Socialist Conquistador of American media and politics, is to make something up.

They are calling for Republicans and Tea Partiers to denounce him as a racist, when all he said was that (paraphrasing) he agrees with nine-tenths of the Civil Rights Act, and the part he disagrees with concerns opening the door to meddling in private businesses' affairs, which would possibly lead to shutting down the First Amendment. Like that hasn't happened.

Every arm of the media, left- and right-leaning, immediately jumped on this non-story of his non-racist views on the Civil Rights Act, saying he needed to explain himself, that he was in trouble, that he was drawing a lot of criticism. Well, he wasn't before you said he was.

And, in the end, it all goes back to the cult of racism in America, which they will never let die. Perpetuating the focus on multiple races negates the idea of the 'melting pot' of America. Why can't we become colorblind? Why can't America be defined by its borders, rather than the skin color of its citizens? Why must the Civil Rights Act be the rallying cry of Collectivism instead of Individualism?

The Rise of La Raza de Aztlan in America

La Raza is a Mexican term that means "the Race"; "Aztlan" is a Mexican term that denotes the land Mexico claimed and lost to the U.S. during the Mexican-American War in the Mexican Cession, which was an area that ranged from northern California eastward to western Kansas, and southward to the northernmost parts of present-day Mexico, the cession of which basically formed the border we have today.

It is from this cession that come the modern claims that America 'stole' the Southwest from Mexico. Actually, Mexico only claimed this area, and had but a few forts, which were, in fact, outposts of an occupying force on Indian land. If there was any 'theft' afoot, it was the Mexican theft of Native American property. If you want to open the brass tacks box, Spain, France, and the Pope all claimed the area at one time or another, and I think Vatican City has as much of a case as Mexico does.

That said...

I have nothing against Mexicans, but I have a problem with Mexicans who have something against me. If you want to be an American and legal, I want you here, but if you want to be a Mexican, you already have a defined territory. I'm not an invader, I was born here. Eighty percent of Mexicans are of European ancestry, but only sixty-two percent of Americans are of European ancestry. Who is the 'nation of immigrants'?

Please, we just don't need a race war. We are all of the human race, and we need to respect our individual and national sovereignty.

The Coming Ox Driver

Today, I ran onto this article from WND, which is a website I usually tolerate for news and nothing more. This story took me by surprise.

The article explains how one man, Mark Biltz, with whose ministry I am familiar, is claiming to have uncovered how the constellation "Boötes" is possibly a sign of Christ's second coming which has been in the night sky since creation. Boötes, he claims, is Hebrew for "the Coming One", and is depicted as a man holding a sickle, which is specifically related to end times iconography in Revelation. This portion of the article is what kept me reading, as I had recently been pondering the significance of the sickle in the context of that chapter.

From the article: "The word 'assemble' is the same word that is translated as 'Arcturus' in Job," he said. "So it means the same thing, to assemble, to come. And if you'll notice the word 'come' is 'bo,' which is the name of this constellation: 'Bo-otes.' So this constellation .... He's got a sickle in one hand and a spear in the other. This is a sign of the Messiah who says 'I'm coming.' That's what this constellation is all about, the Coming One. In Revelation it talks about He has a sickle in His hand."

Well, I apologize to those who are getting interested, because I'm going to have to pull some rugs out.

From the above image, by golly, it's as plain as the nose on your face that he's right...! But, let's look at the constellation as God intended, without all the doodling:

Okay, I'll make it easier by emphasizing the pertinent stars (yes, I did this myself and am very pleased):
So, how we get the intricate drawing at the top of the article from playing connect-the-dots with these stars, I'll never know, because I not only don't see the sickle, I lost the man.

Actually, Boötes has been depicted as holding anything from a spear and leashed dogs, to nothing but a club. In fact, Boötes is Greek for "Ox driver", and is related to the Latin "bovis" meaning "cow", which is a far cry from the translation, "the Coming One".

Biltz, in my experience with his doctrines, generally rejects the King James Version of the Bible, and, in fact, proves many of his points by drastically changing the wording of the scripture to fit his perspective. This is not to say he is deliberately trying to deceive people, but he is deceiving them. WND has been so deceived.

Also in the article is mentioned how a star in the constellation Boötes sent out a large gamma ray burst in 2008. Some said it was a sign from God that Jesus was to return very soon. In my laborious search of the Bible I didn't find an exploding star as a sign of His return, but I will keep looking. Apparently, "gamma ray burst" is not in the KJV. There are many, many, many signs pointing to His second coming that do not require a telescope or knowledge of supernova activity, and I suggest we look to the Bible for proof of anything anyone says about God and His plan.

Flags, Freedoms, and a Cup of Tea

A note: minor correction to my previous post, "Commentary coming longly." Sorry for the wait, peeps.

Our rights are inherent, that is, God-given, therefore the Bill of Rights gives us nothing but a guarantee that there are boundaries which the federal government will not cross. That guarantee stands to this day, whether those who now sit in the very offices which facilitated the creation of the greatest document of representative government in the world, the United States Constitution, will honor it or not.

As President Soetoro might say, with thumb and index finger firmly joined, "let me be clear": the Constitution is valid, the Bill of Rights is valid, the Second Amendment is valid, and they are valid as written.

We now approach the two hundred and thirty-fifth anniversary of the battles of Lexington and Concord; the nineteenth of this month will probably be remembered with greater significance than in previous years due to the unmistakable tension of all domestic political and economic issues coming to a head. This strife has been thrust upon the Freedom-loving people of America to an extent unparalleled in the known history of the western hemisphere.

Historically speaking, the menial enslavement of Africans overshadows the brutality capable by governments in the modern day, but the requirements and strangleholds of this government over the whole people, not secluded to one group, presents a far more dangerous form of slavery over a man's well-being and individuality, as it is undeclared, misunderstood, and invisible to many of its own victims. It causes no scarring beyond that of generational theft, and incurs no suffering beyond that of endless debt; like a virus, it is invisible yet deadly if left untreated. I have heard all too often, "America is still the greatest country in the world, and nothing can change that, so enjoy the freedoms you still have." Blind and irresponsible.

The American Revolution was said at the time to not be for light or transient causes. The conditions the U.S. government now places over its subjects are much more injurious to our lives, liberties, and pursuits of our own definitions of happiness than the British monarchy could have reasonably conceived at the time of its rule over this continent.

Our collective answer to this usurpation has been lackadaisical and disrespectful to those who fought and died in the Revolution, and it is disrespectful to God, whom I would suspect is disappointed that a country, which was an impressive embassy to the world for His Kingdom, is now in such a state of disrepair and sinfulness.

Indeed, what is our current course of action in reaction to the hardcore tyranny now upon us? Tea parties - the original namesake of which had means far different from the modern rallies across America. Modern tea parties require you to stand outside with people who are more or less agreed that the country is in ruin (or "about to be", in the case of many who know little of what the state of our country truly is), but the first tea party was protesting a particular tax on tea, an exorbitant and unreasonable tax, so the Boston Tea Party involved the active destruction of British shipments of tea in Boston Harbor.

Take a moment to think about the comparisons between the first tea party and the tea parties of today.

The reasons are the same, more or less, the goals are pretty close, but the method is the biggest difference. It was an impressive, economic blow to the monarchy and merchants of Britain to destroy their valuable property, and it was quite effective, as the despotic reaction from Britain further galvanized the people against Britain, and eventually, though quite belatedly, caused the repeal of the tax. Modern tea parties in the major cities, the ones with all the press, usually involve standing, sign holding, chanting catchy slogans and puns, making YouTube videos, and inviting career politicians to come speak and use all manner of patriotic key-phrases and key-terms to snatch as many votes as possible to ride on the unpopular coattails of the Democrats. There are no solutions or remedies in that, my friends.

Now, as you know, the legislature of my state of Kansas has just passed their version of the Firearms Freedom Act, which states any firearm made in Kansas is exempt from federal authority. This is good, but it is also somewhat humorous that no one makes firearms in Kansas. Reasonable gun laws are now within reach for Kansans, as the more locally minded Kansan legislature may now establish our own laws that will specify the regulatory authority of the government's place in the people's right to keep and bear arms

The Second Amendment is a big issue today, and there is currently a drive on the parts of many people right now to send Gadsden flags to President Soetoro and others to warn them that the people will not give up their guns willingly. This, in my opinion, is pointless. If we could have sent King George III a million Gadsden flags back in 1775, do you suppose he would have stopped his reign of terror? No, because tyrants only understand force. I think President Soetoro and his company are overjoyed that their grand scheme of subversion of all things American is being resisted by tea parties and mail-in campaigns. What a coup, indeed.

You may have seen the repeated showings of a clip of Soetoro denouncing Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh for being so "troublesome", saying that they're confusing people about the issues. This was an absolutely classic example of a not so easily recognizable trick for lessening the effects of unrest and dissolution, and that is to falsely prop up the weakest element of resistance as the strongest, thus enticing the people into supporting a failing plan of action. In this instance, Glenn Beck, who recently compared Thomas Paine to himself (no, not the other way around), is paired with Rush Limbaugh, who is the darling of the ~~Spineless Puppet Party~~ Republican Party; with their forces combined, they may take this nation back from those nasty-wasty Democrats and give it back to the freedom-loving, trustworthy, and moral Republicans.

Kansas House Passes Firearms Freedom Act

The Kansas House of Representatives has passed a bill, HB 2620, that, if passed by the Kansas Senate, will protect Americans' right to keep and bear arms made in Kansas.

Similar to the bills passed by Montana, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming, and South Dakota, guns made from parts manufactured in Kansas will be entirely exempt from federal legislation concerning firearms.

I and others suspect, though, that this will fail in the Senate, as the recent passage of legislation from the House that would protect Americans from the highly controversial and unconstitutional magnum opus of tyranny, which is nominally "Health Care" but actually "National Triage and Illegal Immigrant Care", failed in the Kansas Senate, thus proving the Senate to be more leftist than its counterpart. Let us hope, though, for a win for Kansas and the rights of its people.

President Obama, much aided by a media blackout on the subject, has signed an Executive Order, the documentation of which conspicuously bears no identifying number, which creates an entity known as "the Council".

The Council is made up of ten governors, appointed by the President, which shall meet with the intention to "... exchange views, information, or advice with the Secretary of Defense; the Secretary of Homeland Security; the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism; the Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement; the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas' Security Affairs; the Commander, United States Northern Command; the Chief, National Guard Bureau; the Commandant of the Coast Guard;" etc, etc,.

The ten Council members are to serve terms of two years, and may be reappointed to additional terms. No more than five of the members may be of the same political party, and the two co-chairs of the Council must be of different parties as well. No one is compensated for this service in the Council, except for travel expenses.

Now, what exactly do they discuss at these Council sessions?

"(A) Matters involving the National Guard of the various states; (B) homeland defense; (C) civil support; (D) synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and (E) other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities."

The Council is also expected to write up a "charter" for this organization, officially declaring its creation and purpose.

This is basically the most unconstitutional piece of work since the PATRIOT Act, as it flauntingly violates Posse Commitatus, and possibly Article IV, Section I of the U.S. Constitution (if the proceedings of the meetings are not immediately disclosed to the several states); it also violates the inviolable separation of powers between federal and state authority.

As the exclusive members of this entity are the executive officers of individually sovereign states, meeting to discuss matters of federal and national importance places "the Council" in a position of wielding unprecedented powers and authority which are unmatched, unrivaled, and basically unchecked by the three, mutual branches of government, thus creating, unofficially, the fourth branch of U.S. government.

Yes, I know it is part of a rather revolting plan on the part of many important and influential people to break up families, specifically to separate children from parents, for the express purpose of raising the child, and the child's generation, creating their perfect citizen.
Difficult question, depends on the individual case's circumstances (impossibility/possibility of the baby's survival), but the only answer I can safely give is, "Do no harm."
My preference is that everyone goes by Biblical standards, "... If a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him, But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering."
I ain't fancy educated with all that there book learning, and I ain't going to college, neither; but, if one is so inclined, who am I to judge? I would warn against indoctrination, and the general atmosphere of revelry and worldliness, but if one wishes to brave it, knock yourself out.

Very, very, very long answer short, I would like to see the system of government, as set out by the Constitution, implemented throughout the entire continent once again. If the several states of the American section of North America were so determined, I would love for all 50 states to be within the same union. If individual states were determined to remain independent, or to ally themselves with other independent states, it would be an interesting experiment in political science, and would probably benefit both the hypothetical confederation and the federation. I would be very satisfied with either of those two scenarios, and I think results would be favorable for both, as well.

Best Dissertation on the Obama Presidency: Entry #2

Barack Obama’s controversial election in 2008 was stunning. It was amazing. It was…well, it was the first time an African American had ever become President. Barack Obama seems to have a penchant for making history books- from his first position of power on the Harvard Law Review to now, he has made history time and again. Of course this unhealthy preoccupation with being known as somebody isn’t new to the scene. But it might as well be, the way some people carry on.

President Obama has consistently tried to catapult himself into the hearts of the American people. Failing the hearts, he must be topmost in their minds at all times. Hence his media pranks- bowing, cavorting, apologizing, kissing up and pretty much every other tactic to ensure he is the number one name on everybody’s lips.

He’s so successful at it, a Google search for ‘Barack Obama’ beats out ‘Britney Spears’ with 140,000 hits! (Britney weighed in at 20,000.) Just for the fun of it, a search for ‘President Barack Obama’ brought up 58,000, and a search for ‘Pictures of President Barack Obama’ generated 55,000,000. (Yes, that is millions.) But you didn’t need to know all of that.

Of course, his media capers and Google escapades aren’t the only tricks up his sleeve. If all else fails, he can always drag out an important decision, keeping America on tenterhooks. That’ll more than guarantee that he gets top media coverage. Like Afghanistan, for instance. To send troops or not to send troops…that is the immortal question. Or maybe not. But he does a pretty good job making sure it seems like the immortal question.

Or if everything else positively fails, there’s always the issue of his name. His middle name can be used to divide and conquer- there are those who think it’s just fine, those who think he’s a demon from hell. All because of his middle name. Stupid, you say?

Yeah well, you’d probably be right.

Then there’re the dreaded words- Congress and bill. These are the two words scary enough to cause children to hide and parents to quail. But add Obama into the mix…well, there goes the Capitol. And Mount Rushmore. And the Tower of Babel, for whatever it’s worth. Obama seems to have a penchant for promoting programs, bills, and ideas that have a notorious track record for failing. Or programs that don’t do much of anything besides create more of a mess. And Congress is, of course, always more than happy to rack up Presidential Brownie Points.

Obama, in his quest for ever more ego-stroking from his eager fans also must have the Media on his side. In return, he offers them a list of rules. For one, he must not have any opposition. None. And if the Media must absolutely put some sort of spin to make it seem unbiased, they must quote the opposition as just that- “A member of the Opposition-” never a credible anybody. For another, they must whole heartedly throw themselves into the task of making him and his cronies look wonderful.

In this area, Obama sometimes seems downright whiny. Like a little kid who whines because big sister got more cookie than he, he generates massive mayhem by whining about Fox News or the radio. “Yes, I have MSNBC, the NYTimes, the Washington Post, CBS, NBC, NPR, ABC, and the entirety of the darn alphabet…but I don’t have FOX.”

Barack Obama- quite probably the most recognized, immortal, controversial, media-est, political-est name on the globe. For now. Until, of course, the next politician comes along.

"The CPSC’s Resale Round-up initiative is targeting those of us who make toys, and other products, available to children they might consider to be toxic. We, according to CPSC chair-lady Inez Tenenbaum, '… are not only breaking the law, [we] are putting children’s lives at risk.'"

You know how civil servants often hand little teddy bears to children who were witness to fire or violent crime in an attempt to calm them? They sometimes say, "I need you to do something for me. I have this little bear here who doesn't have a name, could you name him for me and give him a home?" It gives the kids something to get their minds off of whatever may be troubling them.

Well, now Congress has reared its filthy head and decided to declare war on teddy bears via recall laws; the same ones that can slap you with up to fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) in fines for selling a toy at a garage sale that has been recalled due to high levels of lead or something. Seems some teddy bears have been dipping into the lead paint a bit too much for the government to allow them to be distributed to terrorized tots, and sweeping new regulations and guidelines are leading one Wisconsin police department to switch to handing out a passel of books to the frightened toddlers, instead of the death-dealing bears.

Mmm, books to calm a three year-old... brilliant! Why hasn't anyone else thought of that? Maybe have them read one of Orwell's classics? Some Dickens, mayhap?

So, get yourselves in the mindset, these evil bears (Ursidae Fuzzius Cuddliae) have been terrorizing children for far too long. They hate our way of life, and wish to impose their regime of fluffiness and cuddly oppression via radical jihad and hugs. Not all teddy bears are radical, however, as some are merely seeking the American dream. But we will uncover and prosecute the radicals, whether they are hiding in caves or are tenderly tucked under a pillow.

If they are willing to come to the negotiating table, we are waiting. We will extend a hand, if they are willing to unclench their furry fist.

To nations everywhere, I say, you are either with us, or you are with the teddy bears.

Comments on Modern Interpretations of the Separation of Church and State

I hate to break it to you, WND and friends, but Jesus didn't get dumped out of the manger, as Jesus wasn't on the median in Michigan. That was a fake. Not real.

And I hate to break it to you, Freedom from Religion Foundation, you don't have the Constitutional point you think you do. Close, but no cigar... or whatever it is you've been smoking.

Firstly, I don't see the big deal about Jesus being a baby, anyway. Oddly, "Baby Jesus" has much more importance and appeal than the "Son of God" in our culture. This is probably due to the baubles and toys associated with the statuettes of unclothed children in December, as opposed to that whole "eternal life" and morality deal with the actual Jesus Christ. Who wants that? *raises hand*

So, the idea of "nativity scenes" has me scratching my Xmas-bashing noggin, but it was a free country, so you can do whatever you want.

The other side of this is the FRF's point about a separation of church and state, the ideology of which, in its original sense, I strongly agree. Now, these people seem to think the First Amendment, which states, in part, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...," somehow becomes, "No person is allowed to freely exercise their religion in public."

While I don't see how putting a nativity scene in public is exercising one's religion, I also don't see how it harms anyone, unless the case is made that it is an obstruction, distraction, etc.

The First Amendment really applies nowhere here, in my opinion.

This is different from my opinion concerning, say, public prayer, which is absolutely protected, even if the act is being done by a civil servant. No matter what religion, including that of Secularism, there can be no Congressional law abridging or preferring it. Congress is to abstain from all matters regarding religion.

Under the 10th Amendment, the door is open for decisions by governments both state and local, or by the people. Being a member of the latter group, in the event of a Muslim exercising his right to pray publicly, I would use my right to free speech to discuss and argue my points concerning the fallibility of his religion, and promote my own. No federal court case needed.

Obama Declares Non-Issue of H1N1 to be "National Emergency"

I ask the thinking, reasoning, and thoughtful mind God created within your brain to consider why a virus, which infects the body with a potency little more than a really nasty cold, and which has been responsible for fewer deaths than the vaccine which "protects" against it, could possibly be considered a "national emergency"?

Is that reasonable?

Consider that H1N1 was held responsible for the 1976 death of a Fort Dix army recruit, and Congress launched a mass vaccination program to stop a pandemic from occuring. Twenty-five times more people died from the vaccine than the flu, and there were 500 reported cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, a paralyzing, auto-immune response to acute infection, due to the vaccine. A massive media blitz on propagandizing the people succeeded in vaccinating 24% of the population.

Later, Congress passed the National Emergencies Act, granting special powers to the executive office during a declared emergency, and which specifically suspends the right to Habeas Corpus for the plebians and eliminates the right to a Grand Jury for National Guardsmen.

In 2007, George W. Bush signed Executive Directive 51, a highly classified document which has only been revealed to Congress in-part and greatly expands the powers of the federal government over state and local governments to such a degree that they won't even allow Congress to know how far reaching it truly is.

A "national emergency", as currently defined by the federal government, means, "...Any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."

Who determines what is a "severe affect"? The President of the United States.

Since Quasi-President Obama has decided to throw his executive weight around by declaring a mild virus to be a national emergency, we can either expect whatever measures he and his administration deem necessary to "keep us safe" on a hair-trigger for the next several months, or we'll wind-up waiting for another minor event before he unleashes his plan of action.

What can we expect this plan to be? I don't know, but probably a lot of federal control of local infrastructures and law enforcement. Only time will tell what these dastards will do.

The Czar-Mangled Banner

Ugly, but legal.

World Net Daily has posted on this story about these flags being sold on eBay, pondering the possible legal action for defacing the flag, but it is fruitless.

First off, the U.S. Flag Code is one of the few federal laws that really is a suggestion. There is no penalty for violations of the code, save for a few state or local ordinances, which usually include fines.

Here's the deal: if the people making these flags are manufacturing them themselves, instead of buying the flags and silk-screening Herr Obama's face on the canton, then there is no violation; if it don't have fifty stars, it ain't a U.S. flag, and is thus exempt from the restrictions of the code.

It's a whole other story if they are truly defacing U.S. flags, but like I said, the penalties would be subject to the local law enforcement's discretion.

The dimensions of the flag are also important. The flag pictured, I would hazard to guess, is about 3:5 and the U.S. flag is defined as being 10:19; that, too, is important.

What would it mean if one flew that flag upside-down, I wonder...

Noble Peace Prize

I have been awarded the Noble Peace Prize for my efforts to end hunger in Antarctica. Since my "Meals without Seals" campaign began in 1999, there are now millions fewer hungry Antarctican children, who would otherwise be eating seal everyday of their lives.

I want to thank my parents and my dog, without whose efforts I could not have helped anyone.

I thank you all!

(Notice: Son3 didn't win anything, because he didn't actually give sealess meals to Antarctican children, as there are no children in Antarctica, just a few, adventurous scientists. There is also no such thing as a "Noble Peace Prize"; he made it up. Obama did nothing to deserve a Nobel Peace Prize. Not that I lend any credence to the Nobel Peace Prize. I think he should have gotten the Goober Peas Prize, because that sounds funnier.)

Swine Flu Shot: 99% Snake Oil

I make it a point to avoid posting as little profanity or impolite language as possible. I know that sort of thing doesn't bother many people, but it bothers me, and I feel responsible for anything I put on my blog.

That said, the following video contains a "looped" clip which contains the brief phrase, "Just get your d--- vaccine!" This is replayed continuously throughout the video. I post this video regardless of this, as the information it otherwise holds is invaluable for anyone considering a swine flu shot.

This video contains an interview with Kathleen Sebelius (that's "seb-EEL-ee-us", not "sebel-I-us"), who was Governor of Kansas for as long as I've lived here until she was appointed HHS Secretary by Obama.

Her reptilian face continues to disgust me.

Jesus "Challenges" Catholics

APF Draws More Criticism

The ever vigilant Tennessee Sons of Liberty has just posted some more resources on what is possibly the strangest hoax of the year.

Here is a local news blurb about it, apparently showing that "officials" from American Police Force have already arrived, and are planning to stay in the town for a month:

American Police Force: Montana Town to be Patrolled by Mercs?

According to local news, the town of Hardin, Montana, has been lacking prisoners for their contractor-built prison for two years; a fitting scenario for Sheriff Andy Taylor and Deputy Barney Fife of Mayberry, North Carolina, but not good enough for Two Rivers Authority, the contractor who built the jail. They have now signed with "American Police Force", a supposed mercenary company with "years of experience" in military and investigative fields, to patrol the streets of Hardin and fill their jail; in fact, the company claims the United States to be their number one client.

This has caused great concern with many, as who wants a mercenary group enforcing local laws?

In the news article above, however, there are some issues concerning the validity of the group. The company claims "years of experience" in their field, though their spokesman allegedly said the organization was incorporated in February of this year. The address of their supposed headquarters in Washington D.C. has no apparent connection with the group.

The vice-president of Two Rivers Authority says he doesn't see any cause for alarm in these inconsistencies, claiming to have personally spoken to the representatives of APF; the company is expected to be in Hardin next week to open 250 positions within the company. Fortunately, most of these postitions will be locally held.

An independent investigation on my part was hindered due to the company's websites "not existing", and the references to the company were few; perhaps a coinicidence, but who can know?

It is the consideration of all this evidence which leads to my opinion that the city of Hardin is probably being defrauded, and evil may befall the hapless citizens who will be put under the thumb of this unknown mercenary company.

Time will tell.

UPDATE: The American Police Force website is back up in part. After a brief inspection, I have determined that many of the images doctored to falsely show off their military might:

In a previous post, I asked my readers to see if they could find the video that didn't belong. This was really a multiple answer question, and if you got it, congrats: you are a rational person!

All of the buildings in the videos, with one exception, were controlled demolitions; but one was peculiar, and another was of importance due to the peculiar one.

Introducing the "Saloman Brothers Building", more popularly known as "World Trade Center Building 7":

Looks pretty well conclusive that it was deliberately demolished, doesn't it? Not according to the government. You see, this video was taken in New York City, on September 11th, 2001. Yes, 9/11.

What's the significance? The 9/11 Commission Report (web-search it if you don't know what it is) says it collapsed due to fire. Even though it is a modern, steel-structured building, used by the CIA, it is only the third such building to ever collapse due to fire; the first two were the Twin Towers.

Okay then, if they said it collapsed due to fire, by golly, it collapsed due to fire!

What about the last video in the aforementioned post?

Why didn't the hotel implode into its own footprint like Building 7?

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with our 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Hussein Obama, while he was out promoting his health care reform initiative. I requested 20 minutes given the scope and detail of my inquiry; they said I could have 10. Ten minutes, 600 seconds, not a lot of time to question the President about one of the most important questions in our nation’s Presidential history. The following is a transcript of our remarkable conversation.

Son3: Good day to you, sir! I appreciate you lowering yourself enough to converse with a pleb.

BHO: Yes, I know. Get on with it.

Son3: Certainly. I would like to let you know I didn't support you in the last election, but I don't want you to think that's why I'm bringing this subject up.

BHO: That's fine; I'm a major fan of the blog, by the way.

Son3: Really?

BHO: Um, no!

Son3: Oh. Well, I have some questions to ask you.

BHO: Tick-tock! Time is marching on!

Son3: Right. Sir, as you know, there is a large contingent of people who don't believe the official story concerning your place of birth, or the extenuating circumstances of your citizenship status.

BHO: I know.

Son3: I would think it'd be in your interest to answer their questions, respond to their concerns, et cetera.

Son3: Did you just call me "boy"?

BHO: What'd you call me?

Son3: Never mind. Um, why have you not submitted your birth certificate for examination by the general public, or even to a select group of experts?

BHO: I have. My campaign people released it online during the election last year.

Son3: Not exactly. That was an internet image of a shortform copy of your birth certificate. Besides, why, if you allowed your campaign staff to get a hold of it then, nobody can see it now?

BHO: I trust my campaign staff.

Son3: But you don't trust the American people?

BHO: Oh, that was deep! *Rolls eyes*

Son3: Seriously, sir, what do you trust them to keep secret?

BHO: I didn't say anything about secrets.

Son3: Okay, then why, if your administration is trying to promote transparency in government, why don't you simply release the certificate?

BHO: [An aide walks in and whispers to the President] You have 8 minutes left, Son3.

Son3: Then I won't waste a moment. Sir, your staff has mentioned your birth place in Hawaii as being at two different hospitals. Why the discrepancy there?

BHO: I don't know, good help is hard to find.

Son3: What about your step-grandmother saying, on multiple occasions, you were born in Mombassa, Kenya?

BHO: She did? Oh, well, you know how old people are. Maybe I should send free healthcare to Africa.

Son3: So, you're not going to answer the question?

BHO: You've got 6 minutes left.

Son3: Fine. You graduated Columbia University; can we see your transcript?

BHO: No. Why would you want to get that, anyway?

Son3: Because, you lived in Indonesia for four years with your mother and her husband under the name "Barry Soetoro", went to school to be taught in the Muslim religion, and you can even speak Indonesian to this day. The American people would like to know if you gave up your U.S. citizenship in Indonesia, and went to Columbia as a foreign student. Did you?

BHO: Cerita panjang.

Son3: Yeah. That. Are you going to release your college transcripts?

BHO: No. I don't have to.

Son3: Why not? And what about your passport?

BHO: You have 4 minutes.

Son3: Gosh, there are many questions that you haven't answered. Why don't you just answer them?

BHO: I don't need to, because you "Birthers" are on the fringe! Even your Conservative idols Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck don't care! Don't you think if they thought these were legitimate questions they'd stop making fun of people like you?

Son3: Apparently not. I suppose if they can't answer these questions, like you, they're dishonest to dismiss them.

BHO: Welcome to real-world politics.

Son3: You mean the demented-world politics.

BHO: I'm not releasing anything, even if they were on your side. The majority of Americans are on my side, as evidenced by my election, and the majority doesn't care about any of these questions.

Son3: The majority hasn't been given a fair chance to hear the facts! Liberals and Neo-Conservatives alike have marginalized this issue with strawman arguments, for no apparent reason! The people can't get the facts!

BHO: What's your point, Son3? Your time's almost up.

Son3: The point is that the people are slowly realizing that your silence on this issue is evidence of your ineligibility. The strawman arguments aren't working anymore. You and the media will answer our questions eventually. Already, there are dozens of cases being filed against you in the courts.

BHO: [President stands up to leave] I've heard enough.

Son3: [Walking after him] Obama, we're not giving up on this!

BHO: Yeah, whatever!

Son3: You are going to answer for your fraud; we know what you are and what you're doing, sir!

BHO: You lie, boy!

Son3: [As doubledoors close in face] We're not going away!

Constitution Day

It is a little noticed distinction, in this day and generation, that there is a grand separation of powers, not within the government of the United States, but a separation of that government and the nation. The bonds between the two are inherently dissoluble, as nations will outlast and alter their governments, likewise a government its people. So it is that we were not given a national government, of the nation, but a federal government, of sovereign states.

The nations created their states, including the legislatures of those states, and these formed a union with each other, centered and controlled by an impartial document, a Constitution, which could only be changed or amended by the states; the people are governed thereby only as far as they consent to be governed.

The seats of power within this federal union have corrupted their powers, subverted their contracts, and subsequently waged war on the American people. These dastards know of their own treachery, as they took an oath to support the Constitution; why remind them of this in letters and phone calls? Would we visit a murderer in prison to tell him that he killed someone? (As though he didn't know.)

Continuous "Tea Parties" are in no wise in keeping with the spirit or demeanor of the first "Boston Tea Party", and the lack of response from our legislators shows their futility. Peaceful demonstration has proved useless. Purposeless organizations such as the 9/12 Project serve only to act as steam valves for Americans, letting escape the seething heat of patriotism from the never-boiling pot of resistance.

Our government has been hijacked, like the Vichy French, rendering our Constitution worthless, having no force of law. Of what use is the Constitution if it has no power? How can we have rule of law if the law is subverted daily?

What can we do? Do you not know, my friends? Have we become so disconnected from reality that we do not remember our own history? What is our course? What is our heading?

What will you do without freedom? How much longer will we tolerate the daily injustices of oppression and tyranny? Why stand we here idle? Are we so fearful of the "tempestuous seas of liberty" that we will suffer the indignity and humiliation of despotism? What of the sacrifice of the millions who have died for this freedom we have lost? Have they all died in grand vanity?

Forbid it, Almighty God! I cannot bring myself to believe that our country shall be brought to such an end! Can you not, my compatriots, feel the tension, as though this was all coming to a head, as though this was all about to crescendo in a terrible clash between freedom and oppression? I can feel it.

Not being into the whole "Rambo" craze, it is odd of me to take interest in the newest addition to the collection of Sylvester Stallone's filmography.

The plot of Rambo V, however, caught my attention. Sylvester is getting on in years, and it is a little unusual for a 63 year old man to be fighting bloody wars of valor; perhaps that's why I was so intrigued to hear about this new film of his.

According to initial reports, the sketchy details about the plot of his 2011 film has him hunting down the drug-traffickers of Mexico in search of an "abducted Mexican girl". A noble cause, no?

That is, until I realized who might be playing the girl...

Outrage? Why? They're Just Showing Their True Colors

This is the flag that shall wave over the White House on September 20th.

If you don't recognize it, it is the flag of the People's Republic of China. You will note its color is red, which represents Communism. Communism and its offshoots are the exact opposite of Capitalism and the Free Market System. Simple politics; even a child of ten knows this.

The thought that this flag should fly over the White House is an outrage to some, but not to me. It is only right and fitting for a corporation to fly the flag of the country that owns it, and the United States federal government is no exception to that rule.

And why not? With the espousal by the administration of Communist views and policies, and the appointment of Communists to high offices, how shocking can our President's assent and concurrence to the flying of the Chinese flag be? Not to mention the fact that China owns a large portion of our debt, and their policy concerning the handling of that debt can either make or break the back of our economy.

China is among the hefty progenitors and employers of the White House's strongest held political ideology, which espouses the policies of totalitarianism, especially in the control of its population's growth, exposure, education, entertainment, politics, and nutrition; how can the Leader of the Free World reject a request from his political soul-mates to fly their Statist regime's flag?

I have no connection nor allegiance the White House, nor its occupants, nor its grounds; neither have I any to the the city which surrounds it, nor to its citizens, nor legislators.

I declare that the men occupying the houses of government in the District of Columbia do not represent my views or opinions, and are, in fact, illegitimately occupying said territory. They have all defied their oaths, and, indeed, hijacked the seats of government they hold. They are not held to the Constitution or any other law, by de facto, and have no legitimate claim to American government.

Nothing these hellions do can surprise me. They prove their intentions at every turn, showing themselves to be the oppressive tyrants we know they are. Flying this flag is just one more way they have shown their true colors. Why not openly declare their illegitimacy?

Okay, let us see what the Bible has to say about Charles Barkley's "gospel":

I think he was referencing the following verses:

I suppose, though, he didn't read as far as this:

"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." ~John 7:24

And, what about this:

So, the Bereans were considered "noble" for judging what they were taught of men by reading the scriptures? If no Christian is to judge anyone or anything, how are we to know what is to be considered wrong? How can we "forgive" someone, if we aren't allowed to judge or convict them of wrongdoing? Can there be such a thing as "wrong" if we cannot judge "right" from "wrong"? What would be the purpose of that?

It is only common sense that we ought to judge, righteously, and with the scriptures, what Charles Barkley has to say, and what anyone says or does.

Sean Hannity's "Victory" List: NSA

In a list of items enumerating Sean Hannity's ideas for an ideal political party and its ideal candidate, under the heading, "To be the party of National security," was found the following clause, second in the list:

"...Fully support NSA, Patriot act, tough interrogations, keeping Gitmo open."

Hannity apparently "fully supports" the National Security Agency, whose reputation has been repeatedly besmirched by whistleblowers concerned with the agency's lack of self-control when it comes to respecting Americans' privacy.

Thomas Tamm is one of those whistleblowers. As a former lawyer in the Department of Justice's Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, he was inadevertantly placed in a position of supporting top secret, unconstitutional wiretapings and interceptions of private American's emails, or blowing the whistle on an admittedly "illegal project" within the federal government.

Tamm sided with the Constitution, and he literally sneaked around "like a spy" to get to a payphone in order to contact The New York Times with his information. Others came forward to confirm Tamm's story, and, more than a year afterwards, The New York Times finally ran the story. Tamm resigned in 2006, and his home has since been raided by the FBI, his family interrogated, and his personal property confiscated. The full account may be read at Newsweek.

So, Sean Hannity, who will not rule out a Presidential run in 2012, would like this to continue. Afterall, we are supposed to be afraid of those cavement in Afghanistan and Iraq, right?

A newcomer to the Information War, Invisible Empire, created by the same people that made Endgame and The Obama Deception, looks to be a very informational and interesting chronicling of our times and how we got here. This preview contains much of a speech by John Fitzgerald Kennedy, who was, I believe, our last true President.

I would see a person as a miserable creature, lower than dust, if they did not grab a man by the arm who did not see the bus speeding down the road, or did not warn that family next door, who had no means of communication, that a tornado had just touched down nearby.

So, too, would I hold equally as miserable a creature that slapped the helping hand off of his arm, or laughed at the man that warned of imminent danger, who, not caring to save his own family, would rather not entertain such an "impossibility".

I make no career of warning the masses; perhaps I should, but I do not. I see well-versed men taking up that role, putting aside their daily lives and lessening their time with their families; being so wrapped-up in saving our nation that they hardly have a life left for themselves. I help these men disseminate information when I can, this blog being a tool of that, and I ask you to do the same.

There was a time, during our country's beginnings, when men would drop their plows and pocketbooks and sign up to fight for a season while their country was at war. Some signed on with the Regulars as a permanent arm of military might; had every man joined the Regulars, though, there wouldn't have been men left at home to create a cultivated, well-kept, plenteous country worth the fight.

Why not investigate what you do not know to be fact? Why, instead of saying, "There is no 'New World Order'," do you not look into it for yourself? Possibly the most skulking kind of tyranny, the power to regulate the hours when a man may step outside his home is eerie and indicative of a greatly perverted government. This power of curfew is accepted in many towns and cities for children, as the lack of parents in this country leads to a "problem-reaction-solution" of government intervention. I remind our governments - local and otherwise - that it is not their duty to parent our children, nor their power to parent us.

The problem in Paterson, New Jersey, seems to be the rash of gang-related shootings, but New Jersey has some of the most ridiculous gun laws in this Union of States; how can there be so many shootings in such a "safe" society?

And now, these residents are possibly facing the "tyranny of twilight", as anyone found assembling with others outside at night will be punished, should this proposal go through. This is in blatant violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution, which states Americans have the right to peaceably assemble. These are trying times, indeed.

Chris Matthews Laughs Off "Birthers", Kansas DMV Among Them

If you didn't already know, I went down to the DMV to get an Instruction Permit a few weeks back. They didn't even let me past the documentation stage. They must be "Birthers".

Why? Because my birth certificate, a newspaper article announcing my birth, and a magazine subscription bearing my name and address* weren't enough to prove I was a citizen or a resident.

So, a man can be President of these United States, arguably the highest office in the world, and not prove his citizenship status, but Son3 is denied his right to drive unless he proves his citizenship. The law applies to everybody, not just the little people.

This isn't a "race" issue, and I'm not asking Obama to "sit in the back of the bus" for not showing his birth certificate, I'm just wondering why I, who provided my birth certificate and more, am being thrown under it.

This is about rule of law. It cost one whale of a lot of money to get my birth certificate, and a lot of energy to get the newspaper article, but it wasn't enough to get a driver's license. It wouldn't cost Obama anything to submit his birth certificate for examination, but the power he wields by not producing it is too much.

He's showing his hand, and his cards say the law doesn't apply to him.

Chris Matthew's forced laughter in the above video is obviously an attempt to laugh the issue away, but it isn't funny to me. I don't get to learn to drive. I have to wait till I'm 18 and am eligible to produce more ID before I'm granted my rights.

It may be funny to people who would rather the rule of law be offered as a sacrifice to their new "Master and Commander", but it isn't funny to me. Chris Matthew's says a newspaper article and an internet image of something that looks certificate-ish are enough, but not for me.

Another civil rights movement is in order.

Many farms and orchards are dying because of the water being shut off to lessen the endangerment of a fish. My main concern with this is that nobody cares to do anything about it. The best thing the locals have decided to do is to protest.

Why isn't there anyone in that part of the country man enough to forcefully turn on the water? I don't even mean in an armed manner; just overwhelm by sheer force of numbers wherever the valve is that controls the water supply, and turn it on! Wars have been fought over lesser offenses!

Perhaps this country, as a whole, doesn't deserve freedom any more; after all, it is only a Republic for as long as we can keep it.

The Reconstruction of our Fallen Republic

I take the privilege of brevity for this small speech, partly for the lateness of the hour at which I write, partly for the well known and notorious circumstances around which I write, and partly for the fact that long-winded eloquence does not befit the state of our nation.

I shall come immediately to the point, and that is that I am prepared to declare that our great Republic has ended. It is not lightly that I declare this, nor for effect or dramatics. I need not enumerate the ways and means by which it has been put asunder, as they are apparent.

Representative Ron Paul's response to whether he would consider running for President in the next election was, "In what country?!"

Indeed, in what country? There is nothing left, not one thing of our Republic left for us to build upon. Any attempt to reinstate the sovereignty of our Constitution would be in a reconstruction unlike any undertaken in history, as not one stone has been left unturned in the sacking of our country.

Look for the rebuilding of our country, and cling to those ideas which would bring our Republic back, but don't expect it to be brought back by the same system that drove it out.

The states and their legislatures are busy either declaring their sovereignty or declaring themselves agents of the federal powers, with the people left to decide whether to obey state, federal, or local powers; all the while, those federal powers are declaring themselves mightier than all.

This cannot go on for much longer, as there will be a clash among them, eventually. We, the people, will be left as the pawns of such a clash, losing our homes, lives, and fortunes while the governments duke it out.

And when it is over, there will be alternatives to our reconstruction:

1776: Revamp our entire system to resume its former structure and ability, returning to a Constitutional government system.

1861: Split into individual states, each with its own set of morals and laws; some states forming unions other states, some remaining entirely independent.

1984: Be ruled by the victor of the altercation that brought our country to an end, being worse off than ever before in a centrist dictatorship.

Start choosing sides, as the lines are being drawn today.

SWAT: "You have two options, you can disassemble and leave, or I call those people over here and take you to jail."

Where's My Birth Certificate?

This is not about Obama, believe it or not, but about my own problem of procuring my birth certificate.

Where's WND when you need them?

It seems I can't get any form of identification in this country without first submitting my birth certificate as proof that I am who I say I am! Go figure.

So, it was finally arriving via UPS from Illinois, but we weren't home to sign for it, so they left a note saying they'd deliver it tomorrow (Thursday). Tomorrow came, and so did UPS, minus one birth certificate; the UPS man thought it was on his truck, but it wasn't, so he said he'd pick it up and be back that evening.

Haven't seen hide nor hair of UPS or my birth certificate since.

We've been in contact with UPS, and with the company that processes birth certificates, and nobody knows anything.

So, I've got one question,

"Where's my birth certificate?"

UPS must have it with them, or did they sell it to Obama's staffers...?

Knucklehead Recognition Award: John McCain

My sincere apologies are extended to all of the other senators, Republican and Democrat, who voted for Sotomayor, but McCain stood out in the news for this event.

John McCain has a very important decision to make, vote for a racist woman who claims to be a "Puerto Rican Latina", regardless of the fact that she was born in New Jersey, or cling to his oath of office and the Constitution, and say "no" to Socialism. What a choice.

Sotomayor admitted that she didn't do as well at school as some of the other students at her college, but got ahead anyway because of affirmative action. She claims the Second Amendment isn't an individual right. She also ruled in favor of racism, denying non-minority firefighters their hard won promotions.

This award isn't going to her, though, because the only thing you can expect from a racist is more racism; this goes to McCain because he is going above and beyond what he pretends to believe in (equal justice, the Constitution, etc.).

Because he sees past ideology, and reaches for compromise; because he looks beyond the Constitution, and grabs for political correctness; because he shuns his oath of office, and seeks his next election, I bestow this Knucklehead Recognition Award upon him.

John McCain, in recognition of showing of showing yourself for what you are, that being a politically correct leftist, I pronounce you "knucklehead".

UPDATE: McCain has, at last, voted against Sotomayor, even though he said she was "...immensely qualified."
