"Probable Cause" Leaves an Innocent Man in a Coma

Yes, there was probable cause to arrest him, not shove him into a wall so hard that he is rendered unconscious, and eventually into a coma!

The cop did not violate their policies, but either some discretion should be used, or the policy must be altered; this should not happen in a free country.

The man that was "running", though I'd hardly call it that, had just barely come to a halt when the officer slammed him into the wall with so much force that the unconscious man's legs continued into the air even after he had hit the ground.

Disgusting.

I love how the media frames the debate. Some people say it's a crime. Really? Last time I checked the law applies to police officers.

But sometimes, and I'm an expert on this because I've seen 24, the laws just get in the way and police need to find a way around them to get results. What's wrong with that? They got the arrest didn't they? ;)

Thanks for the comment, Adam!

Fan of 24, eh?

I couldn't take the violence; the Sound of Music is as violent as I can take it.

Hey, Friedrich bit Gretel's finger, and it really hurt!

(That's a joke, BTW. I'm kidding. No, really!)
